Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to answer you, deliver what you ask for, and run our business. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Aesthetic Nursing Policy & Procedures, Inc. ("Aesthetic Nursing P&P," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit aestheticnursingpnp.com, use the Binder Blueprint, request the Accusation Review Findings Brief, contact us, or build and buy a manual through the Manual Builder at theaestheticmanual.com (together, the "Sites"). We are based in San Diego, California.
Our CE courses at aestheticnursingces.com and any consulting engagement may have their own terms or agreements. Where those differ from this policy, they control for that service.
Information We Collect

Information Collected Automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting and network providers (GitHub Pages, Render and Cloudflare) automatically log technical details such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, to deliver and protect the Sites.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when the fonts load.
- Cookies. The main site does not set cookies. The Manual Builder uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in when you use an access code or admin password. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies to process payment and prevent fraud.
We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or third-party analytics on the Sites.
Please Do Not Send Patient Information
The Sites are built for practice and business information, not patient information. Please do not enter or upload protected health information (PHI) or any patient details in our forms, the Manual Builder or by email. If a consulting engagement requires access to PHI, we will put a separate written agreement in place first, including a Business Associate Agreement where HIPAA requires one.
How We Use Information
- To answer your questions, schedule consults and provide the services you ask for.
- To send the Findings Brief you request.
- To build your manual, process payment, deliver the download link, and send order confirmations and receipts.
- To keep records of orders and transactions for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
- To follow up about your request. If you'd like no further follow-up, tell us and we'll stop.
- To protect the Sites, prevent fraud or misuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.
- To comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Sites, under their own privacy and security terms:

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect rights, safety or property, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
How Long We Keep Information
- Unpaid Manual Builder orders (including the uploaded logo) are deleted automatically after 48 hours.
- Download links expire 30 days after they're sent.
- Completed orders and manual files are kept so we can reissue your manual and meet accounting and tax requirements, generally for up to seven years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and no law requires us to keep them.
- Messages and form submissions are kept in our email for as long as needed to serve you and maintain business records.
How We Protect Information
The Sites use encrypted connections (HTTPS). The Manual Builder keeps the master template and order files on a private server, protects administrative tools with a password, and uses signed, expiring download links. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email cindiaestheticnurse@gmail.com or call 508-498-6604. We will confirm your request and respond within the time the law allows, generally 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep.
California Residents
Depending on whether the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, you may have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined in that law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may ask whether we share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing. We do not.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so on the Sites. Because of that, the Sites work the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. If you send one, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your information, which we already don't do.
Children
The Sites are intended for licensed professionals and business owners. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other Websites
The Sites link to other websites, such as our CE course site, Zoom and Stripe checkout. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we will tell you before it takes effect.
